If you know that you are interested in a newborn session, please contact me before your little one arrives (sometimes we are booked out 5 months in advance so the sooner the better). When you have your baby, please call so we can schedule a time for your session. Newborns must be under 12 days old. The newborn sessions last 1-4 hours (depending on what package you choose). I go with the baby's schedule. If the baby is awake, we might need to wait until he gets in a good deep sleep so we can get those priceless sleeping baby poses. All newborn sessions are shot "sleepy baby" style. Meaning baby is posed, naked and asleep. Peaceful and much like they were in the womb. Clothing is not used, nor are diapers. I provide the props, blankets and swaddles. Feel free to bring a special item if you would like to incorporate it in one of the shots. As a mommy to 3, I know what a precious little life I am photographing and your baby's safety will always be #1 priority!

-A pacifier if baby takes one
-Bottles with extra formula if baby is bottle fed
-A special item you would like to incorporate into the session
(blankets and quilts work well)
-Your usual baby gear (extra diapers and wipes)
-A separate neutral colored top (no white please) for mom and dad and anyone else
that might be in pictures with baby.
-If you are bringing young siblings, please bring a quiet activity
and snacks to keep them occupied during the session.
-The baby’s diaper should be worn loose to avoid diaper lines
-Bottles with extra formula if baby is bottle fed
